My name is Madison and it looks like you stumbled onto my dream! To put it briefly (don't worry I will describe myself later), this business is the ever-growing love that I have for both eating and cooking.
All About Me
As I said, my name is Madison! I am from a suburb outside of Houston, Tx, but have lived around the United States. I began my culinary career at the ripe old age of 6 years old, standing on a step stool in my mothers kitchen cooking hot dogs for the family. In all seriousness, it started for me, at the Culinary Institute of America where I graduated in the Winter of 2016. From there, I worked my way through every position in the restaurant industry to give myself a well rounded education outside of the classroom.
And then I came to Austin
Here in Austin I started small as a private chef for a single family and I loved it. From there, my dream became my reality. I started small and continued to grow, and like every other thing in the world, come March 2020, my growth stopped. I am not here to tell a sad story, because that's not what this is about. A lot has changed for myself and many others, and while not all of those changes came easily, they certainly became necessary. What started as a partnership blossomed into a beautiful solo project. This relaunch of my company is the relaunch of my life and my dream.
